Sesame Ojas Bliss Balls

It’s Ojas Season Baby! Which means Ojas Bliss Balls are on the menu!

Autumn is the time to start storing for Winter and our Sesame Ojas Bliss Balls make it pretty easy to enjoy the process along the way. Many of you have successfully completed your Autumn Rutacharya or Seasonal Home Cleanse programs and now with the system clean and clear, agni (digestive fire) blazing and a hunger built for processing the heaviness of the sweet taste its time for Bliss Balls.

We have added Sesame Seeds, Tahini and Ashwagandha to our regular recipe to make this a powerhouse of a treat. You can see easily in the Recipe Video where you could omit those ingredients to simplify the offering and make it easier to digest if you are sharing with family and friends.

These are best consumed when Agni is balanced!

Seriously, these are delicious. However moderation is key to keeping them a support of health and not a cause of imbalance. Be sure you are hungry when consuming heavier foods or sweet treats to allow the digestive system to properly utilize the nutrients so they become healthy tissues and not an accumulation of undigested food. Immediately after a cleanse program these may be hard or heavy to digest; but as agni (digestive fire) increases and stabilizes they make the perfect afternoon snack or breakfast bite to sustain energy, support tissue strength and pack immune boosting rejuvenation for the Winter.
