- Estimated Arrival Times: For detailed delivery timelines, please refer to the estimated arrival time provided after purchase. These are calculated by USPS based on processing times and shipping locations. All orders within the U.S. are shipped at a flat rate via USPS and typically arrive within 3-5 days.
- Customs and Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply upon the arrival of their items. Please be aware that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. It’s also important to note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process.
Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don’t work out as planned. Below is our policy for returns and exchanges:
- Return and Exchange Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges for unused and unopened items. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us directly−info@mahavidyaayurveda.com. Our team is dedicated to ensuring transparency and your satisfaction with every transaction.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: If your item is eligible for return or exchange, please contact us within five business days to initiate the process. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your item, we will immediately inspect your return and notify you within 1 business day of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Retreat and Program Cancellation Policy
To help us manage our resources and ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please note the following for our retreats and programs:
- Deposits: All deposits for retreats and programs are non-refundable but transferable if the cancellation is made more than thirty days before the program start date.
- Cancellations within 30 Days: If you cancel within thirty days of the program start date, there will be no refund and no transfer of the deposit.
Cancellations for Skincare Products
- Order Cancellations: We accept cancellation requests for product purchases within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please reach out to us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Cancellations made after 24 hours may not be eligible.
