Ayurvedic Cooling Drinks: Refreshing Recipes to Pacify Vata

As the seasons shift and temperatures fluctuate, it’s essential to keep your body in balance. We’ve been experimenting with color therapy and flavors to refresh not only our taste buds but also our minds! With a playful twist on our classic Ayurveda-Aide, we’ve crafted two Ayurvedic cooling drinks. Vata-pacifying beverages that are perfect for warmer days and designed to delight your senses with vibrant colors and refreshing flavors.

By incorporating cooling herbs and the subtle flavors of tropical flowers, we’ve created two refreshing drinks that offer hydration, balance, and a touch of color therapy. Whether it’s a hot afternoon or a time of exertion, these recipes are quick to make and will keep you cool, calm, and grounded.

Tropical Pink Powerade

This lovely pink-hued drink blends the purifying properties of aloe with the cooling effects of bougainvillea flowers. It’s the perfect companion on warm days when you need a refreshing, Vata-pacifying beverage.

Blue Butterfly Refresher

This visually stunning Ayurvedic cooling drink is both refreshing and cooling. Butterfly pea flowers create a soothing blue color, while coriander seeds support digestion and help eliminate excess heat from the body.
