Ayurveda-Aide

Ayurveda-aide is ideal for warm days, dehydration, exertion and overall refreshment. This can be enjoyed at room temp year round, however it is especially useful on hot, humid days. We share this frequently during cleanse programs for guests in Pancha Karma and as a family favorite during the summer or after intense physical exertion.

Nourish yourself by the cup or easily multiply the recipe for a larger container. Feeling creative? Add a few mint sprigs, rose petals or cucumber to the cup, play with what is in season.

This recipe is especially useful for reducing excess Vata Dosha. Using Pink Himalayan Rock Salt makes it suitable for Pitta and reducing the sweetener supports Kapha. All in all, this is a supportive aid in beating the heat, or for a refreshing afternoon pick me up.
